Not every session is an announcement.
Plenty of what runs on an account is internal — a staff meeting, a rehearsal, a private briefing. Each session has an Announce switch, on by default, and turning it off keeps that session out of the public eye entirely.
No push, no reminder, no public row
Followers aren't notified, the session doesn't appear as live on your page, and it stays off the schedule. It runs exactly as normal for the people you gave the link to.
Search is opt-in
Your page is public at its own address, but you decide whether your organization can be discovered by searching inside the app. It's off until you turn it on.
The archive is a choice, per session
Recording something doesn't publish it. You pick which past sessions appear, and you can take one down again — see recordings & archive.

No — that's the point of it. Print it, put it on a sign, add it to your website once, and the same address keeps working for every session you ever run.
Do people need the app to follow us?
The page itself works in any browser, and joining a session never needs an app. Following and go-live notifications are app features, because that's what can reach a phone when nothing is open.
Can we see who follows us?
You see how many, not who. Following is deliberately not a mailing list — listeners are anonymous to you.
What if we run internal sessions on the same account?
Turn Announce off for those. They stay off your public page, off the schedule, and send no notifications.
Can one organization have several tracks?
Yes — that's what channels are for. A multi-site church or a school with several programmes can run them as separate followable channels under one page.
